A short form — business name, product category, country. We review within 48 hours and send a vendor-portal login if you're a fit.
- 2Upload your catalogue
Bulk CSV import or one-by-one. Each product gets reviewed before going live — we keep the marketplace quality high so customers trust the brand.
- 3Ship to Dubai (or hand-off locally)
When orders come in, you get an email + dashboard alert. Pack and ship to our Dubai hub; we handle the customer-facing logistics from there.
Common questions
What product categories can I sell?▾
Almost anything physical — fashion, home, electronics, food (non-perishable), beauty, handcraft. Restricted: alcohol, prescription drugs, anything illegal in destination countries.
How much commission do you take?▾
Flat 15% per sale. No listing fees, no monthly fees, no per-transaction payment fees. The 15% covers Dubai consolidation, last-mile, and customer service.
Can I sell from outside East Africa?▾
Yes — our vendor base is global. As long as you can get product to our Dubai hub (or accept the FastDrop pickup courier), you can sell on FastDrop.
What happens with returns?▾
Returns go to our Dubai hub. If the issue is product quality, we deduct from your next payout. If it's our shipping mistake, FastDrop eats the cost.
